2013 is going to be MY YEAR!

2012 was such an amazing year filled with so many blessings. The greatest blessing of course was giving birth to my beautiful son! I am so happy and thankful to have such an amazing husband and perfect baby boy. I'm thankful for the rest of my family, my friends, and my health. I have everything just about everything I need in life.
The one thing I need to work on for 2013 is getting myself to a healthy weight. I feel like 2013 is going to be my year and I am ready to continue my weight loss journey and do this for myself. I'm ready to stop making excuses and start making things happen. I am very excited for all the possibilities this year has to offer. With that being said, here are my goals for this year!
~Run a 5K
~Do 5 real pushups
~ Be in Onederland!
~March 22, 2013 (my 25th bday) - 100lbs total lost
~May 30, 2013 (my son's 1st bday) - 125lbs total lost
~September 24, 2013 ( our 2nd wedding anniversary) - 150lbs lost and be in Onederland FINALLY!
I know that I will have to work hard to reach these goals. I'm ready to put in the work because I WANT THIS! I'm ready to make 2013 amazing.
To keep myself on track I'll be writing weekly blogs on Mondays to stay accountable.
Every week I want to stay in my calorie range at least 6 out of 7 days and exercise at least 30 minutes 5 out of 7 days. I know I can do that as long as I put my mind to it. Happy New Year everyone!!
