My Goals for 2013

Monday, December 31, 2012

*Workout at least 3x a week, every single week.

*Drink more water.

*Eat more veggies.

*Read one book per week.

*Clean my entire house every Sunday.

*Save $50 per paycheck.

*Tell my friends and family something kind once per week.

*Completely dispose of the negative influences in my life.

*Limit alcohol to once per month.

*Do yoga once per week.

*Run two 5K races.


May 2013 be all of our best years yet. Love to all my beautiful Spark Friends.

    Happy New Year!! Oh, I just love your list for 2013! I know you can do it ALL!
I, too, am disposing of all negative things, people, circumstances, influences in my life. I started by deleting Facebook 2.5 weeks ago. It was (is) hard, but so worth it so far.
