I've been thinking about goals all morning and feeling positive about them. It might be because I've had the flu for a week and have barely worked out at all and am itching to get back to the gym.

So goals. Goals which I have definitive plans to reward when they are reached. My rewards are already pinned. Thank you, Pinterest!

So by mid-year, I want to be at

100lb power clean
180lb squat
200lb deadlift

I can do this. I want this.
