My sister, whom I love more than anything, decided a few years ago to get rid of her treadmill. She asked if I wanted it. I had a perfectly good proform treadmill but I loved my sisters nordic track so I said yes and the treadmill exchanges began. My cousin and his wife took my proform, we moved it to their house then drove to my sisters to get the nordic track (it has ifit!!!). Moved the treadmill into the spare room and it sat since 2008 I believe, getting sporadic use.
Flash forward to 12/29/12... I get motivated to tune up the treadmill as it's not had any maintenance since I've owned it. I had noticed that the last time I tried to run on it that the belt seemed dry and it wanted to slip, so off to google I go. I lubed up the belt and ran it through it's paces so to speak and voila! smooth, quiet treadmill. I have fallen totally in love with it again. It only has (sad to say) 155 miles on it according to the internal tracker and it's almost 7 years old!
I am currently on a streak of using the treadmill for 3 days with a minimum of 10 minutes (although I find that once I'm on it it's easier to go longer than 10). javascript:void(0);
This year will be my year to change my body and my attitude. I will become the lady I know is inside of me. The strong, independent, loving, caring person I know I can be. javascript:void(0);
