Starting 2013 as I mean to go on

I had gained 3 pounds by 26/12 but they're gone again already
so I start 2013 with a clean slate and intend........................
1 supporting my sparkfriends and enjoying their blogs and company
2 eating well
3 allowing a few treats
4 exercising daily- at least 3 cardio and 3 St sesssions a week (mixing it up)
5 stretching nightly b4 bedtime
7 taking on plenty of fluid
8 resisting depression
9 to not expect perfection and accept my flaws
10 to forgive myself when I louse up
