As of this morning I changed my weight loss ticker to reflect my current weight and what I'd like to weigh one year from now. It's not my goal weight but I'm changing things up a bit in the hope that I can re-ignite some spark and keep things a little more real for me. If I exceed the amount of weight loss over this year I'd be grateful if not then I keep pressing on I don't intend to give up.
