Didn't get in much exercise yesterday and will get even less until I'm no longer in pain. Yes my exercise has come to a grinding halt. My dad wants me to let him know when/if I get worse so he can send me to a chiropractor, but I really don't know if I want to with my dad's bad behavior that he refuses to admit to (meaning his screaming). He tried to tell me yesterday at first that I was having problems with gout. But that's not my problem with my foot and I showed that to him. Problem with my right foot is a blister/rubbed spot on the back of my heel and a callous between 2 toes. Then once he saw how much of a problem I was having standing up and walking he thought sciatic nerve. It takes me a good 5 to 10 minutes to get in or out of bed.

Yesterday's burn below:

45 minutes calisthenics
3.2 miles walked (avoided the one road that has hills on it)

total burned: 399

edited to add: I have no health insurance or income, so suggesting I go see a doctor is useless as they want $$$ up front and we don't have enough to pay basic bills as it is. No one has the right to tell me how to spend money that I don't have, So unless you are willing to cough up the 1,500 per month for me to have health insurance...just clam it about going to the doctor.

It's a struggle I admit. I'm impressed with the pain you're in that you're moving at all. You are an amazing person. I know there is no easy answers. I wish there were more free clinics around.

Do you have a health dept? Or you can go to a hospital - if it's public, not private - and claim that your indigent. I know that our local hospital can not turn you away because you can not pay the bill and they write you off as indigent. Just a thought.
