I have always wanted to have a "perfect day" --- one in which I managed to meet all of my mini goals (8 glasses of water, 30 minutes of exercise, 8 hours of sleep, no coffee, no added sugar, no processed food etc). I have had a few days when I came very close to a "perfect" day where I was only one or two mini goals shy of having met each goal. What better day to really really try hard for a perfect day than January 1st? Huh? I am gonna go for it!
