Have to head to bed soon, so won't be able to fully give that article the attention it deserves. But now it will be there for later.
Favorite excuses to not exercise/to eat horribly:
1. I am tired. 2. Life sucks so who cares, may as well eat what I want. 3. Well, I already ate poorly, I may as well keep eating poorly. 4. I have to do homework. 5. I have to work. 6. I am angry at mL or my husband. 7. I will continue to fail anyway, so my actions don't matter. 8. I really do find everything to be hopeless. 9. Counseling made me sad. 10. I am hungry at work and need something fast and quick while there.
