New Years

Well this year I have decided to do something I have never done before...make a new year's resolution. I've decided to blog about my healthy lifestyle journey. I will try to post a blog at least once a week no matter if my week went good, great, bad or absolutely horrible. Hopefully this will be the final push I need to fully embrace clean eating. By blogging about my success and failure I'll prob think twice before munching on a few too many m&ms.

I'm also hoping to track my food better even if I have to guesstimate since that is one of my major downfalls. What can I say after 4 years in labs I kinda have a thing for accuracy (biology major). Maybe I'll try to go on a food tracking streak. Anyways I'm starting to ramble, probably a sign I shouldn't write blogs at 1 in the morning.

    Nice goal! I struggle with tracking food as well!
