Thank God for SparkPeople!

Sunday, December 30, 2012

Yesterday, I posted a blog on SparkPeople about how my dad was really mean to me, and didn't understand what I was going through. What I got was an unbelievable amount of support from the SparkPeople community. I am just left in awe at the overwhelming love and support this community has for each other, and I must say that I don't like it; I LOVE IT! emoticon

I know that Thanksgiving was a month ago, but I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you guys. Just by joining SparkPeople for 2 weeks, I have realized why my past diets have ended up failing eventually - I did not have the proper support from my family and friends.

So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SO MUCH! emoticon

That is one of the best things about sparkpeople. I love having people here to support me. I don't think I could have done it without them, but try to find a few friends or family members who can support you in real life too. Having gym buddies is really motivating for me.

Welcome to the best journey you have ever taken. Gets better every year. I still don't do all the things I need to but I'm constantly making progress. Spark On! emoticon emoticon on making the recipe, change it and make it your own. Try adding some Peppermint extract to the filling and you have instant holiday cookies. emoticon Keep your eye on the target and keep improving your skill set. Life is meant to be enjoyed not endured. emoticon
