"The significance of a man is not in what he attains but in what he longs to attain."
Kahlil Gibran

Reach final goal weight. I will do this by:
Tracking what I eat on SPARK and staying in my calorie range
Meeting with wellness person at work on a weekly basis for accountability
Making an eating plan for travel that will set me up for success since travel is often my
downfall
Weigh myself a minimum of every other day preferably daily to keep myself honest

Qualify for the Boston Marathon (3:55 or lower) at the Illinois Marathon 4/27/13. I will accomplish this goal by:
Continuing to work with my coach
Completing all workouts
Doing yoga/stretching and muscle conditioning minimum of 1 time per week
Meeting goal weight by race date

"In everything the ends well defined are the secret of durable success."

I wish all of you a happy and blessed new year and thanks for all of your support in my fitness
journey!
