Looking ahead to a new year can be overwhelming and setting goals doesn't make that any easier but you have really set some great goals! I look forward to seeing your progress this year. I would love to see what your chart looks like. I have wanted to make something but haven't really gotten the creative vibe to kick in! lol

So I still have 5 minutes left to watch on this, but this is my comment thus far...
All scales are different... no two are exactly the same. So if you do buy a scale to keep at home, its ALMOST like starting over. But then that scale will always be there for you, and you will know your readings are as accurate as they can be because you constantly use the same scale. Maybe yours needed to calibrate? Try it again and see if you get more accurate readings. Unless you really just dont want it. =)
I love your goal of reaching 150lbs by next year, but dont forget to set small monthly goals. I've learned how important those have become for me. The water thing = amazing and a darn good goal too!
I know what you mean about being a wild woman when Aunt Flow comes around. The hormonal roller coaster can be insane, but let's make a goal to plan ahead. If you track your cycle, you should have a pretty clear idea of when it will come and go. Make small snacks and plan your meals ahead. If there is no "bad stuff" in the house then you cant eat it. =)
Be proud of your 2012 goals! You did an AMAZING job!

I have a cheap Taylor one, but if I move it the first weigh in is always wrong and it's usually too much. Then usually after that it's right and the next 3 or however many times I step on it, it says the same weight. But it just depends on the scale. =/ I almost got a newer fancier one but the one I have I weighed before I went to the doctor and it was spot on so I don't want to jinx it with a new one lOL, yes, I'm nuts. ;) You are a trooper for going to the doctor to get weighed, but at least you always know it's accurate. emoticon

Love your goals, I think they are awesome and I know you are going to do great!! :D I love that you know that winter time is your biggest struggle and you are trying to conquer it, you go girl! :D

I am gonna try the treat day thing in January and I gave myself a 2300 calorie limit, we'll see how it works out LOL. I think that's great you are still going to track so you know you can indulge but won't go like totally bonkers, great plan! emoticon I know exactly what you mean about the calorie goal stuff is a given, thats why we track our food right? :)
