First I will start off with the dogs. We gave Meg's a squeaky ball for Christmas. Alice stole it, and kept it with her the whole time we were there lol.
Good thing she is adorable. Lets her off the hook
Huck is ready to play
Meg's grabbed the tennis ball.
Sarge taking a break
We finished exercising the dogs, and were leaving. I then noticed the Tehachapi Mountains.
We were driving through Godde Hills pass, and I took a picture looking down at Leona Valley. They clouds were so interesting.
I turned around, and looked up the hill. The coloring was completely different.
The Cows were right off the road next to the fence. Petey didn't run from me this time.
I think this his Mom.
The Long Horn, and the light colored Cow kept playing with each other. Funny since they are two different types of Cows, and both are males. They would stop and look at me, then start playing again. They could have cared less I was standing there.
I have to admit it. I adore Petey!
We drove over to the long road that leads to the ranch. We always see a variety of birds on this road. Red Tail Hawk silhouette.

White Crowned Sparrow
We drove back down the road, and to the spot where we saw the Robins from the other day. The Robins were still there, but my pictures didn't turn out. Now here is the surprise...While I was watching the Robins in the trees, DH said "look, Bluebirds" At least 50 Mountain Bluebirds. There was a big puddle off the side of the road from the rain, and some of them were taking a bath. I was in my glory. I didn't think I would see these birds until the spring. Robins and Finches were in the water as well.
I could have stayed there the rest of the day and took pictures, but DH said it was time to move along. On the way home we saw Mama Hawk
