fitness resolutions for 2013- among other things

so it is time to post some fitness resolutions for the following year i am not gonna say that i will be at my goal weight-even tho it is only 30-40 lbs. i am gonna say that i have some fitness goals and a few other goals that i am gonna concentrate on

--do some form of excercise every day for at least 10 min.

--go through couch to 5k again and really concentrate on getting it done.

--go through 30 day shred

--pray and read bible every day

--go to church every sunday

--get sugar out of my system so i will fell better and my cholesterol will go down.

this is the year that i am gonna really concentrate on being healthy. i have no choice. i know how good it feels to eat right and excercise, i am just not consisent with it.

i think i am gonna even sign up for a wellness coach at the ymca again. even tho i have stiffed her several times in the past. this time i am ready to give it my all
