I usually take advantage of this time of year to reflect on the past year, and plan for the coming one.
As I look over the past year, there are many things I'm grateful for. There are also disappointments, one of which is my lack of follow-through as far as my health goals are concerned. Maybe I should rather say lack of consistency. Some weeks/months, I'd give myself an A+ for physical activity (my biggest challenge), but at other times, it's an F, and that F can be (literally) deadly.

I do want to warn anyone who might be offended by Christianity that Michael Hyatt's document, "Creating Your Personal Life Plan", while containing strategies that can be useful to everyone, is written from a strongly Christian perspective.
