My goals for 2012 were:

To complete the. 100 days of dance challenge from A Book Club -- Goal Met

Run/walk 6 miles per week - Goal Met up until November where it wasn't as clean-cut

Get in 17,550 minutes for the year -- as of today I have 17,323 will not get 200 minutes tomorrow, but I am calling this goal met since I am oh so close and had a lot going on this year with graduation, moving, etc.

For 2013......

New Years Resolutions
1. Reach weight goal 
2. Maintain new weight

3. Fitness Goals:
A. 16,500 minutes per year -- I'm taking off 1,000 minutes from this years goal because A I am not doing gym classes like I did from Jan to May last year, and B I will be busy with wedding stuff in June so will have limited exercise time for about a week or so then.
B. Start running program again in Spring
C. Run 3x per week at least starting in Spring
D. Workout 150 minutes per week 
E. Go for a walk each day

4. Nutrition Goals
A. Eat fruits and/or veggies every day
B. Drink 6+cups of water each day
C. Continue to plan monthly meals for grocery shopping and plan meals for each week 
D. Continue to eat breakfast every day
The last two are so automatic now I probably don't even have to have them on here

5. Personal Goals:
A. Take some ME time each day (at least 10minutes)
B. Read 30 minutes per day
C. Write for 10 minutes per day

I am going to be resetting my streaks on Spark tomorrow night to represent a new year :)

    Great job, Krystal, on your 2012 goals. I know of some of what you were talking about in terms of roadblocks and I can say that you have done a fabulous job on getting past them and keeping forward momentum going.

You will be at maintenance in no time...I can feel it. You have a very determined mind and once you set a goal you work tirelessly until you achieve it (wonder where that came from? lol!)

Good luck with everything that 2013 brings.

You have done a phenomenal job in 2012!!!!

You are so close to your goal weight, and you know how to rebound from being off track very quickly. I feel certain you are well equipped to live this as a lifestyle change going forward. Meet your goals, and you will succeed!!

How exciting, your wedding is really getting close!
