I'm ready to bring in 2013!!
I found a group here on spark and we are going to be doing the TF/CLX hyrbid together. We didn't all start today but either yesterday, today or tomorrow. I opted for today since it was the beginning of the week and I'm not going to have my rest day until Saturday.
So here is my schedule for the week:
Sunday- Stretch 40- done and added Jilllian Michaels No More Trouble Zones
Monday- Ab Burner and Recharge- did 1/1/13
Tuesday- Burn Circuit 1-done
Wednesday- Core 20 and Burn it Off
Thursday- Off day- went to Snickerz comedy club
Friday- Ab Burner, Fire Starter Class and Stretch 10 (instead of Recharge)
Saturday- Off although it's the "launch" for kick at my gym so I'll probably go to that :)
