So today is my last day on this cleanse/restricted diet. I have two more meals left (spinach salad with hardboiled eggs and blackberries, then a yogurt-blueberry smoothie), then I am F R E E! to eat whatever until my Whole 30 starts on Wednesday.
I'm not going to eat "whatever" though LOL - I do NOT want to have to re-detox later on in the week by eating a bunch of crap now.
My plan for tomorrow: TWO cups of coffee (LOL), eggs & soyrizo, and a Chipotle bowl. Probably some champagne or beer or cider tomorrow night. I have 1/1 off as well, and I am not sure what I'll plan for other than we are eating at my MIL's for lunch (I think it's lunch) which means fish and some of the horseradish scalloped potatoes I'm making for her (she's making a prime rib). Everything else is IDK for meals - but I do know that I will be prepping a LOT of food over the next two days to make my transition onto Whole 30 easy.
