20 Reps One-arm Dumbbell Swing ~ Left
10 Reps Competition Burpees (all the way to the floor then push up)
20 Reps One-arm Dumbbell Swing ~ Right
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps modified push ups ~ Goal is to do Reptile Push ups
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Side Crunches ~ Left
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Side Crunches ~ Right
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Strict Mountain Climbers
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Dragon Backward Alt. Lunges w/weights
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Res Side to Side Squats w/weights
10 Reps Competition Burpees ~ OH MY Goodness, I want to quit but I'm no quitter emoticon
20 Reps Knee Hugs
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Spider (plank then take R. foot twist to reach L. hand & repeat other side)
10 Reps Competition Burpees
20 Reps Lunge Press w/weight ~ Left
10 Reps Competition Burpees

My time was 37 min 59 sec

This was an excellent & crazy way to end 2012 ~ it was very hard but a great sweat fest. I am shaking but happy I stuck it out and completed all the reps.

Goal is to try and beat her time of 23:08 emoticon
