Getting back into running this morning was difficult. I was able to run over 15 miles a few weeks ago. Today, I barely made it 4! Very frustrating to say the least. I will have to kick up my training severely to get my mileage back up for the races at the end of January.

I had a wonderful dance lesson today. Marta, my coach, fried my brain!! LOL It's all good!! I'm learning a lot again, since I've changed dance partners.

Game Plan:
step aerobics
Big Changes
Pick up Lakyi, my grandson
Enjoy New Year's Eve at home with my family!!!

Positives:
1. 4 mile run
2. My clients are feeling better!!
3. Great dance lesson
4. Nice dinner!!
