Setting Up Good Habits

Over the last few days, I've been getting back into healthy habits. Here are a few:
1. Track nutrition honestly.
While I did not track consistently, I was fairly happy with my food choices. At my sister's Christmas party yesterday, I stacked my appetizer plate with raw veggies before eating anything else. On my dinner plate: beans, arugula salad with roasted veggies, a small amount of tuna noodle salad, and some very good cheese with wheat crackers. Dessert? A few cookies. Overall, very good choices! I will continue tracking -- and staying within calorie limits -- throughout January.
On Friday I did my first TKD class in nearly three weeks. Holy cow, am I sore today! My abs hurt when I laugh. Obviously I have some catching up to do...which I will get to as soon as this Packer/Viking game is over. I would like to focus on daily exercise of at least ten minutes. I've never done this; instead, I only plan the big workouts.
3. No bingeing. Seriously. Any advice on how to curb this?
4. Water. I've got to get back up to 8 glasses a day. Lately, I have been as low as 3.
All right: track food, make healthy nutrition choices, daily exercise, drink water, and NO BINGEING. I can do this. I can do this.
