One of the reasons I got the FitBit One was to track my sleep. I know my sleep at night is terrible. The first two nights I had the sleep tracker set to sensitive. Here are the charts from those two nights.
Both show me only sleeping about half the time I am in bed.
Last night I changed the setting to normal and got this:
This one shows I slept quite a bit last night. The problem is, it is wrong. I lay in bed awake from a little after 2 until around 5.

Think I'm going back to the sensitive setting and just assume some of the awake time is actually dream time. Or maybe it is time for me to go have a sleep test.
