A REALLY BIG MEAL

Well, my glucose was 87 last night after an extreme day of carry marble tiles up and down three flights of stairs. Went to Chinatown to have Vegie Chow Mein with Shrimp + chicken + beef.
2 hours later my glucose was 302!!!! Overate and paid for the results. THAT was a reality check and I am going to achieve all my goals in 2013!!! I just started SPARKS this month and have been keeping my sugar controlled except for this emoticon one bad day. I'm back.

    Finally, I got my 8/8 glasses of water for one day. I figured something out. My water bottle holds 16 oz of water. I just need to drink FOUR of these bottles and I can meet my water intake for each day. It's much easier VISUALLY to see how much water I am drinking and it LOOKS much easier to VISUALIZE this GOAL.

    That is an incredibly high glucose reading Next time before you go, check out the sugar levels in the meal you are thinking about eating. You might want to choose an appetizer/luncheon size instead of a dinner portion
