Moving forward

After losing some weight, I fell off the bandwagon a bit during Christmas. I'm back on track now, but it's a bit disappointing that I couldn't keep up my progress. When school starts up again, I'm planning an exercise regimen that fits with my schedule. Insanity workout most days supplemented with trips to the gym. I'm making a schedule and I will STICK WITH IT. Time to lose another fifteen pounds! :)
