I just "discovered" that I am vulnerable to stress. So I am going to set some goals for myself to improve my vulnerability to stress.
1-Eat at least one hot, balanced meal each day.
2-Do something fun at least once a week. Today, I had my in-laws over and played hide-and-seek with my four year old niece.
3-Let myself enjoy quiet time once per day.
4-Learn to talk to my husband about the state of our domestic affairs.
5-Use the community on SparkPeople to confide in about what is going on in my life.
