So i didnt wake up til 330pm this afternoon but been sitting around for 2 hours now and feeling fatigue now.. this is the time to go work out and have a shower to perk me up instead of my usual nap! Thinking of a daily schedule that works for me and my needs...
Monday- wake up 830-9am - clean up, wake up 930-10 - work out. 10-11 shower, make breaky, get ready. 11-1130 ish eat and off to do errands etc. Sounds like a plan sam i am!
I CAN DO IT, I WILL DO IT, I HAVE TO DO IT. Just like my doc said u brush ur teeth every morning.. wake up n work out! TIP: this morning I found putting on work out clothes instead of staying in PJS is a motivator to do some kind of work out!! - Stacey Style
