First off, thank you all for your encouragement on my last blog...I still feel a little raw re-reading it but I guess I can only continue to accept myself. Also, I hope everyone has been having a wonderful holiday season and happy new year!
Just wanted to do a quick post before my "official" new years resolutions/goals entry. I really want to put more time into them so more on that later to come.
I am SOOO EXCITED because I FINALLY got myself a heart rate monitor, (Polar FT60) and I can't wait to use it! I have already set up my training program with its feature, which is based on the fitness test. I really want to commit to following this training program and a new fitness plan at the start of the new year. But, from the fitness test I scored in the "moderate" zone so it's right in the middle; the scale goes from very low, low, fair, moderate, good, very good, to elite. Which, I'm mixed about ending up in the middle since I have been exercising for quite some time now but, one of my goals will be to work up to at least another level and be in the good zone.
I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope everyone else did too, even though I gained some weight back :( But nothing I can't lose again, especially with new motivation from my new HRM AND I bought not one but TWO Spark DVDS, the Bootcamp and the new total body one, yay!
