I have not read day 3 as of yet as the book was not available to me today. I am still pondering the first two days. I did some research on the book. I am making no claims of validity or beliefs, but I do want to be aware of what is being studied or read by step daughter as she goes from different moods very quickly. I want to make sure I have knowledge to fire back at her. Talk is very cheap. Actions say more.
1) Working on my water
2) Working on my eating
3) Having a spark buddy, someone that has joined me and holding each other accountable.
4) Going to work on adding in exercise
Yesterday I juiced 1 meal.
Today, I ate out at Buffalo Wings with hubby, but I left the fries alone (went to garbage), had their hamburger/steak sandwich. I was not overly crazy about the place and neither was my husband and a place we most likely will not return too. It reminded me of a fast food McDonald's sports bar or KFC sports bar....lol...
I will juice my dinner. Tomorrow is 31, and setting my goal to work on water and juice 2 meals. Jan 1, 2013, well I go into full force NO SUGAR...fruits are not allowed except for the ones on list berries, avocado, granny smith.
I am looking forward to having a spark buddy which will be different.
