I know I'm a few days early, but I figured no time like the present to start prepping my New Year's Resolutions. I've been neglecting SP for months so I figured this is a good start for my healthy resolutions. Here we go...
1 - I will log onto SP at least 4 days a week (trying to keep everything managable)
2 -Compete in some sort of mud run
3 - Log my food at least 3x a week
4 - Try at least 2 new healthy recipes a month
5 - Reach 10k steps a day at least 5x a week
I can't wait to come back to this blog a year from now to see how well I kicked these resolutions in the butt!
