Exercise is not my forte but today I fired up YouTube and found coach Nicole on there and did her ten minute bathing suit boot camp, day 1. I'm not looking to get into a bathing suit (yet), but I liked that it didn't require weights or equipment. I think I could even do this one at work if needed.
I plan on building up to longer workouts, but for now I just need to start moving. I have a friend that teaches Zumba in town, I think I'll contact her to find out when and how much she charges.
The 10 minutes workout burns 41 calories. If I did one per day, it would only get me to half of my 810 calorie goal per week, maybe not even half.
