Ten Minute Workout

Exercise is not my forte but today I fired up YouTube and found coach Nicole on there and did her ten minute bathing suit boot camp, day 1. I'm not looking to get into a bathing suit (yet), but I liked that it didn't require weights or equipment. I think I could even do this one at work if needed.

I plan on building up to longer workouts, but for now I just need to start moving. I have a friend that teaches Zumba in town, I think I'll contact her to find out when and how much she charges.

The 10 minutes workout burns 41 calories. If I did one per day, it would only get me to half of my 810 calorie goal per week, maybe not even half.

    The short workouts are GREAT to just get you started with something. Sometimes we set lofty goals and then fail. Set small ones, achieve those and then move to bigger and better! emoticon

    This is a great start! Just add a little at a time and you'll get where you want to be. I'm struggling with exercise myself. I got an elliptical trainer for Christmas. Hoping to work up to 30 minutes a day - will take a while to meet that goal! lol
