So i have lost 23 pounds so far so that is good. So for the the new year my plan is to stick to what i'm doing but to ramp up the work out. I need to do two a days. I need to figure out how to add more fruits and veggies in my diet. I need to start cooking for myself i think. I don't know that i'm quite their but i need to really cut back on Hot dogs and Bologna because i love them. But their not really healthy to have all the time so i need to eat more Lean cusinie and Healthy Choice. I have been happy with all i have cut out just need to cut out more. I want to reach my goal of 134 in May three months ahead of SP deadline. And then i want to lose about ten more pounds by august and that will be 120 and what i want to maintain.
So I want to wish all my SparkFriends a Happy New Year and lets reach are goals. We Can Do It.
