Doing the team challenges tends to motivate me a lot in the beginning. I know I need to get my butt in gear and am always looking for the right time to "start." While losing weight is important to me, being in shape and toned is, too. Whenever I start building muscle, it never fails that I gain 10 - 15 pounds initially. It makes me lose motivation to continue challenges and exercising to see the scale going in the wrong direction despite my best efforts! It also makes me feel guilty and that I'm dragging my team down.
Best of luck to everyone in the next round of challenges! (Especially the Butterflies!) I'm going to sit this next round out.
