Well,it is time for me to blog about my goals for 2013.
Right now I am thoroughly disgusted at myself, cause I gained some weight over Christmas.
It makes me sad,as I worked so hard and now some pounds have creeped back on.
Why is it so easy to put it on and so hard to get it off? Just does not seem fair.
Anyway, I am more than ready for round 21 to start so I cam be accountable, but till then, I am working on it.
So, as of today, here we go:
1. Reach my goal weight this year.
2. Try and get to bed earlier. This is really hard for me.
3.Strength training –different areas each day. I lost lots of inches using my stability ball, and was adcited to it; now it is just kind of sitting there. so hello ball. And I will use my weights. I have a weird brain which thinks if I use weights, it will make me weigh more.
4.Give myself a quarter each day I exercise I may give myelf the samea mounbt of money I get when I spin the wheel.
this adds up fast!!
5Take my body measurements every two months.
6. Try not to be so hard on myself.
That's it for now.
