2013 will be...a year of simplicity. K.I.S.S. Keep it Simple Stupid.
I am proud of the growth and change I experienced in 2012. I learned many lessons. One of the most important being, I can achieve more by aiming for less. How?
I have big goals. We all do. I've learned that a simply action plan well executed is better than a complex action plan poorly executed.
I plan to do a monthly blog of my goals and accomplishments.
So for starters, January 2013 Plan:
Track EVERYDAY aiming for 8 glasses of water daily and weekly activity met.
Tracking benefits in multiple ways because I am knowledgable of my input (calories in) and output (calories burned) and also catch the Spark bug daily staying motivated and charging forward.
Thats it! That simple! Now....to execute!
