My POA for the new year but first a look of ONE year to compare.
Weight Down 4 lbs
Neck down 1”
Waist down 8”
Hips down 2”
Thigh down 3.5”
Arm down 2.5”
LOST A TOTAL OF 17 INCHES THIS YEAR (I am actually down a lot more, but using these areas to compare for now), ONLY 4 LBS GONE THIS YEAR. I STILL HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 80 LBS, SO WILL NOT LOSE SIGHT OF THAT.

BMR of 1566.8 down 22.1
Body Fat % of 27.1% down 0.45%
I am happy that I am thinning, but I really want to see the scale move. This year I am still focusing on inches, but more the scale too.
These are my goals, My commitments. I am committed!
I have committed to 5 days a week of fitness.
- Sunday & Tuesday Kickboxing
- Monday Spin & Strength
- Saturday ST and cardio
- Wednesday Zumba
SHORT TERM GOAL
To be accomplished starting as of now.
Eat clean. Re-evaluate my food choices and weed out non-Primal foods. Have been choosing sweets and flour items over the holidays and I feel awful. It is from the food choices I have been making. Too much processed and not enough natural.
Not a choice of have to, I Need to eat clean again.
Long Term Goal
I have 43 lbs to lose to goal. I don’t know if this is realistic or not, its the doctors number not mine. Size wise I don’t know what this would bring me down to a 4? 6? Is this me? I don’t know. But I am going to try.
So my long term goal is to move that scale.
I am on the right track as my inches show.
I CAN DO THIS. I AM DOING THIS. I WILL SUCCEED.
