NOT FAT FREE!
Higher fat, High protein, low carb.
Not for the fat gram counters out there!
Ingredients. Couldn't get this pic flipped right way 'round. Sorry.
1/2 c almond butter
1/2 c applesauce
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t madagascar bourbon vanilla *or whatever you have
1 T flaxseed
Mix it all up! Throw it on down to a hot griddle prepared with a bit of coconut oil or olive oil. Watch it closely, they cook differently than grain-based pancakes.
Makes 2 servings.
Enjoy with 2 T of real maple syrup.
