Getting Ready for 2013

A few years ago I was a Spark Leader of a team that was called Women on a Mission. However, after a lack of participation in the group, I gave it up. One thing I'm not going to do is stay in teams that do not have participation or support, because it's defeating my purpose of being in Sparkpeople.

Anyway, I digress. I went to the old team to look up challenges that I had the team do because they were pretty good and I want to repeat them in 2013. Here are some titles of the monthly challenges that I did:

Some new monthly challenges I just thought of:

Clean Eating Challenge
New Recipe Per Week Challenge
Different Workout DVD Challenge (I own a lot of workout DVDs)
Personal Best Challenge
My Age Counts Challenge
Bring Out My Inner Child Challenge

Then, of course, my mind kept being active. So, I thought of some 21-day Challenges (because it takes 21 days to develop a habit):

No Weight Gain Challenge
Organization Challenge
25 grams or more Fiber Challenge
Tracking All Food on Sparkpeople
Get 7-8 hours of Sleep Challenge (Get in Bed by 10:00 pm)
Zig Zag Calories Challenge
Veggie Challenge (eating 3-5 servings daily; fruit is not an issue for me)
Journal Challenge
Stop Eating by 9:00 pm Challenge
Stop Drinking by 8:00 pm Challenge (in order to not interrupt my sleep)
Daily Mile Challenge

Since, I did this little exercise, I will change my January Challenge and post it on my vision board to keep me accountable to myself. I'm following my 2013 mantra: Stay Focused & Motivated! In 2013, I'm truly a Woman On A Mission again!

    i am going to focus more and mindful living and eating challenges.
    i like exercising and do it daily. i am pretty good with intensity, i just need stay focused henve the concern with staying mindful.
