Imagine that you are perfectly content with every aspect your life. What does that life look like? What steps do you have to take to make that life a reality? Instead of WISHING, start DOING. Put a plan into action today!
I am going to go grocery shopping today which will be step one of a healthy week. I made sure I made a list so that I don't do any random purchases or buy something totally unhealthy. Ben my fiance is going too he has agreed to really try and stop being an enabler and start reminding me that I am trying to make healthy choices.
I have also made a plan to try and get my art career jump started again. I have created a list of things I need to update my portfolio, and get a new website started.
Finally I have made a small first step fitness plan to get up 1/2 hour early in the morning and take the dogs for an extra long walk.
