If any of you have not listen to spark radio, may I suggest that you do. I find the 2 ladies to be very entertaining. Also, they have great information. It is free so, give it a listen,.

I have tried a few times to listen to the SparkRadio, but the ladies voices are too high pitched and go too fast for us deafies to understand. Wish they had transcripts we could read. I'm sure it is very useful information. I have the same problem with Coach Nicole - she's a chipper little thing but her voice is just to high up there. So I tend to do better with videos using the male voices (or captioned!!).

I'm so thankful for all the written stuff already prepared and available here on the Spark!!

So glad you are getting some great benefit!!

I agree. I'm slowly learning how to download these things so I can listen to them while I workout or travel.

I just discovered the SP Radio show. I have put the podcasts on my ipod and I can take them with me (the hosts!). I love the show as well.
