I've been at home this year, for the first time in years during Xmas holidays.
I normaly go skiing on the Alps, but we could not leave home this year, for a numeber of reasons. My gym will be closed until next week, so we decided to go trekking over the W/end.
We trekked two hours 1/2 one day, 6 hrs the other day. We reached a 1,500 metres high mountain, close to home, on a ring route going up 600 mt from the starting point.
It was hard but we had such a wonderful view from the top, including Corsica island!!!
I'm exausted and my legs definitely hurt but I'm proud of myself.
Trekking is marvellous, isn't it??????
