I'm feeling good right now. I walked/jogged 10k today. Yes, it takes me 10k to feel that endorphin buzz. It took over an hr but I feel good.
I went hard today because I had such a massive breakfast. I really shouldn't have frozen vegan burritos in the house. I eat to many of them. Well, I finished off the last one today and I won't buy anymore. I'm going to do really well this week. More water, more salads and I'll try to choke down some fruit. I must be the only vegan who hates most fruit.
Man, do I have to do 10k to feel better? I know exercise helps with depression and can be a lot faster than pills, but I wish I felt better after just a few miles. I'll try an experiment and do 10k five days this week and see if it's the exercise that's making me feel so chipper. If so, then I guess 10k might have to be my new routine.
