I have been on this weight loss journey a long time and have really tried to find a plan that works for me without too much success. I realize that the suggestion to be moderate in my food choices doesn't work for me. After repeated attempts to not deprive myself of those things I love...a little ice cream, a little chocolate, a little cookie...and having the little bit reapeatedly triggering a craving that I can't control...I have come to the conclusion that if I do in fact want to lose weight and become healthy and stay healthy, I need to give up sugar. Sugar seems to affect me differently the most, so the plan in 20 13 is no sugar..not event in moderation.
