i am going to start tracking today.
I am allowing myself until Wednesday to ease into my plan. It is too hard to be super ridgid during the holidays.
Monday will be the last night of eating out and Tuesday the last day of school vacation. There will be no room for excuses after that.
I have let dairy and eggs and chicken into my diet for the holidays (not to mention chocolate). Starting Wednesday, It will be back to almond milk and tofu. I have also slipped in the beverage department. I have been drinking coffee instead of tea and nowhere near enough water.
Today is the day to start turning it all around. Water, Exercise, Portion size. In three days I should be back to routine, dairy free and tracking.
Today will also be a day to get my goals sorted out so I can put them onto "paper". I really need to write down what I want from MYSELF this coming year; not resolutions, but goals.
I also am joing the BLC challenge on SP. 12 weeks of commitment. I WANT to do it. I WANT it for ME! I hope my experience on SP will contribute to helping my team LOOSE! I have not been a part of any teams for a bit now, so I am REALLY looking foward to joining an active team.
