New Year's Day, Continuing last year's resolutions!

On New Year's Day, I am going to measure and weigh myself and put it down in the correct area. I am going to take a picture of myself at the start of this new year. I am going to change my yearly exercise goal to 60 minutes a day (I am very close to this now) and make my goal weight for the year 174 pounds. That is the weight I must reach to no longer be obese!
This year I have gone from morbidly obese to obese and lost 10% of my weight.
I have gone from 15 minutes of exercise to 60 daily, most days.
I walk a mile a day with my dog on most days, do aquacize 3 to 4 times a week. I am going to a physiotherapist to strengthen my pelvic floor and abdomen (more about this fantastic thing in my next blog.)
Next year I plan to buy a bike and walk even more. Maybe try Zumba and return to Tai Chi on Monday nights.
Continue getting control of my food intake, the hardest part by far. Though I have come down about 500 calories a day and am no longer gaining weight, but losing. I hope to work on the Eat Clean diet and my diabetes diet more strictly.
