Started out not feeling very hungry. I had 1 cup dry quaker oatmeal squares with hot green tea no sugar.
I did 2 of Nicole's videos this morning.
Lunch will be shredded carrots, chopped cucumber and bok choy mixed with mayo with an arizona green iced tea.
Dinner will be hamburger pie ( got it from here) with gluten free homemade bread.
Once again I need to get these foods out of my house! Had wise chips and 2 pieces of russell stovers.
My muscles feel tight today and I do have a bit more energy then I did yesterday.
