Living Life Day 15 December 30, 2012

Chores are mostly done for the day, the house is clean, the Christmas tree has been taken down and put away, vacuuming is done. Hubby and I are going to go do some shopping then go to the casino for a little while. I'm still working on the laundry, doing the bed linens today.

Today I am working on my 2013 goals. Taking a look at 2012 and what worked and what didn't work. I know that my attitude throughout part of 2012 was my downfall, and I need to fix that. I need to make myself a priority in 2013, and focus on my health, not the health of everyone else around me. If decisions that I make for my health are inconvenient for others, that's too bad.

Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water - 80 yesterday
~ 10,000 steps - 10k yesterday
~ 25 flights of stairs (this seems like a lot but I only use the upstairs bathroom at home, and that helps alot!) 25 yesterday
~ journal every bite
~ smile at least once an hour
~ earn 75 Sparkpoints
~ Floor exercises
~ 20 min on elliptical
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff

    It sounds like you are definitely going in the right direction -- learning from the past, and moving forward with a clear vision of what you want from the future -- and the only way to do that, is day by single day! I love your goal to "smile at least once an hour!"
