Holidays, Menopause, Too Busy... some of my excuses for not being consistent with my working out and packing on the pounds again this year. I thoroughly enjoyed my holidays this year, ate lots of good food, got lots of rest and had some really good downtime. And I gained my usual 15 pounds. I know what I need to do and I will do it...beginning tomorrow. I love that New year's Eve is on a Monday. It gives me a little jump start.
