Yesterday was better. I didn't cave until late in the evening. The rest of the day went well. I did a 4 mile workout that covered 3/4 of my step goal.
I also did some planning for next month. I'm changing the days for the PS3 workouts to go around the zumba classes that start back up next Thursday.
Friday wildcard or rest
Those are my minimums. I'll throw in a bosu workout and walking on most days to keep my step count up.
I got the fitness covered. I joined the mindful eating challenge team. I'm going to try some of their strategies to be more aware of what I'm doing and how I'm feeling when I eat.
