On second thought, I.....think I'll wait.

Sunday, December 30, 2012

Okay team. After reviewing the XTrain User guide, I realized that a bit of support would not go amiss (80 minutes of Legs on Day 5? REALLY? emoticon ), so I'm definitely going to wait for everyone to get theirs before I start.

In the meantime, to soothe my anticipation, I'm going to set up by recalculating my 1 Rep Max for everything, setting up the Workout manager and printing out my workout cards etc.

Dee, It's awesome. There are FIVE different rotations including a 90 Day XTrain + Low Impact Series Program. I'll definitely do the official 90 Day Xtrain rotation first but its nice to have options.

They also have three 30 day rotations to choose from, one of which includes the Ride DVD which I did not order because my spin bike and my butt still aren't friends.

AND All the DVD's have TONS of Premixes so you have like 100 workouts to choose from!!! emoticon

The wait was hard but it looks like it's going to be well worth it. Come on Mr Postman. Hurry up!!! We've got holiday lard to burn off!!! emoticon

Oh and by the way, about my Unofficial Entry in the BFFM Holiday Challenge, my end date is Jan 6th and I'm already down 7 of my 10 goal pounds so if I can stay away from the holiday/birthday leftovers, I just might make it. I'll let you know.

****Update****
All the more reason to wait. Even though to User Guide has instructions on how to get to it, XTrain is not yet fully integrated into Cathe's Workout Manager emoticon cathe.com/forum/f115/xtr

Whew! emoticon I'm feeling it for your already and I haven't done it. lol! Do keep us posted on how you're doing on this part of your journey.

80 min is a long time. Who has time for that?

@ Naomi, "you're right about that!"... well, I won't be doing 80 minutes of legs, period! emoticon

Sue, I thought these workouts were supposed to be shorter than STS, that's what I "thought" I read... I will do the 90 day with you. I am not rushing my days off, but I can't wait to check it out! emoticon ... Thanks for the update!

Good luck on the BFFM competition! emoticon
